What is the price of a Bear & Berry smoothie vending machine in India?+

Buying a BB-01 machine outright costs approximately INR 8,00,000. If you'd rather operate under the Bear & Berry brand through our Franchise model, there's an additional one-time franchise fee of approximately INR 3,00,000. Financing is also available for operators who prefer not to pay the full machine amount upfront.

Are there ongoing or maintenance costs after purchase?+

Yes. Maintenance (AMC) packages are structured case by case depending on location and usage intensity. Cup and frozen-fruit consumable procurement is routed through Bear & Berry to maintain machine compatibility and hygiene standards.

Can I lease or finance a smoothie vending machine instead of buying it outright?+

Yes. Our Lease / Finance model lets you acquire a BB-01 machine via periodic payments instead of a single upfront purchase, which reduces initial capex when scaling across multiple locations.

What is the Franchise model and what does the franchise fee cover?+

Our Franchise model lets you operate a BB-01 machine under the Bear & Berry brand for a one-time franchise fee of approximately INR 3,00,000, in addition to the machine cost. This covers brand usage, onboarding, and guaranteed access to our frozen fruit and proprietary cup supply chain.

Do I need my own FSSAI license to run a smoothie vending machine?+

Under our Franchise model, frozen fruit input and proprietary cups are supplied by us. If you operate under your own branding (Buy Outright or Lease/Finance without franchising), you must hold your own FSSAI license, and cup procurement still runs through Bear & Berry for machine compatibility.
