Model 01 · Buy Outright
one-time, machine only
You purchase the BB-01 machine and retain full upside. We support installation, training, service plans, and consumable supply.
Model 02 · Lease / Finance
periodic payments
Acquire BB-01 via periodic payments to reduce upfront capex while scaling across multiple locations. Maintenance packages are structured case by case.
Model 03 · Franchise
franchise fee, in addition to machine cost
Operate under the established Bear & Berry brand. We supply frozen fruit input and proprietary cups, plus brand and onboarding support.
Franchise fee
The Franchise model requires a one-time fee of approximately INR 3,00,000, in addition to the machine cost (outright or lease/finance). This secures brand usage rights, onboarding support, and guaranteed supply access.
Compliance and supply terms
Under our Franchise model, frozen fruit input and proprietary cups are supplied by us. If you operate under your own branding (Buy Outright or Lease/Finance without franchising), you must hold your own FSSAI license. In all cases, cup procurement is through Bear & Berry to maintain machine compatibility and quality standards.
